All domestic orders are shipped free. Orders are shipped within 3 business days after purchase. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number, Items ship from Los Angeles, CA.

Our rugs are vintage, used, old, some with wear and tear, some with permanent stains, we recommend you contact us first before finalizing your purchase, we’ll discuss it with you and answer any questions you may have.

Return Policy

For customers who buy direct from our website only, If for any reason you decide the rug is not for you, within 1 day after the delivery, you may return it for a refund, we will deduct 15% of the full price. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the insurance. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, the sale is considered final.

Sales are considered final if:  

-You buy rugs in person at our shop, sales are final “NO REFUNDS”.  Please take accurate measurements and photos of your space before visiting us.

-You agreed to buy the rug without needing to see it in person or trying it in the space.

-You are not able to try the rug in your space or accept delivery for more than 3 days after the order is placed.

-The rug had been damaged while in your care.

-No one was at the location that you specified to receive the rug.

 Please send an email to info@hannounrugs.com for returning instructions. Rugs must be returned in the same condition as received, Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All return shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with no country restrictions, Shipping costs are determined at checkout, All international orders are shipped within 3 business days, once the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number, the customer is responsible for any taxes or customs fees charged by their local government.

Sales Tax

Hannoun Rugs From Morocco charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
